Information obtained through SteamboatBay.com is handled respectfully and discreetly under The Waterfall Group privacy policy. Any data we obtain about our guests or web site visitors is only utilized by our staff to deliver better a better guest service experience or web site experience. We never sell information to third parties, and only disclose guest information to suppliers when necessary for service delivery (for example to charter a sea plane flight to the resort).

The Waterfall Group collects general information that is not personally identifiable about web visits to SteamboatBay.com. Sometimes we use cookies to recognize repeat visitors to our website, but these cookies do not include any personally identifiable information. When visitors voluntarily complete a guest profile or contact form, The Waterfall Group records the provided data. When service delivery requires it (for example to charter a sea-plane flight to the resort), crew may share selected guest data with contracted third-party service providers. The Waterfall Group never shares its list with or sells information to other companies outside The Waterfall Group.
