Steamboat Bay Fishing Club Season 2025 Rates

Book your suite at The Residence, with its one-of-a-kind dining room (it has a glass floor for viewing the salmon run) or the ultra-spacious Lodge, with its display kitchen opposite the open bar. Or why not reserve the entire Club for an extra-special (and unforgettable) family gathering or group event?
Payment Policy
Guests may secure reservations by making a deposit of at least one third of the total package price, with the remaining balance is due no later than February 1. Dates not secured by deposit are not guaranteed and may be made available to other guests without notice. Reservations not paid in full by February 1 may be subject to cancellation.
Reservations made after February 1 must be paid in full by the date indicated on your reservation confirmation.
Steamboat Bay accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment may also be made by check payable to Steamboat Bay Fishing Club, LLC. All deposits are nonrefundable.
Cancellation Policy
Steamboat Bay Fishing Club recognizes that unexpected emergencies can sometimes interfere with travel plans, and we recommend that all guests secure travel insurance to defray the potential costs of cancellation. Please send any notice of cancellation in writing to reservations@steamboatbay.com.
Steamboat Bay assesses a minimum $1,000 per person cancellation fee. There may be additional charges based on the following schedule:

If a written cancellation notice is provided less than 90 days prior to arrival date, the cancellation fee will be 50 percent of the total amount.

If a written cancellation notice is provided less than 60 days prior to arrival date, the cancellation fee will be 100 percent of the total amount.
There are no exceptions to this policy.

Such conditions include but are not limited to emergency situations, weather, and commercial airline schedules. Steamboat Bay encourages guests to obtain travel insurance in the event unforeseen circumstances affect a booked fishing trip. Steamboat Bay reserves the right to adjust rates at any time.
